Start your Thursdays right - stretch, relax and recharge  to set the tone for the day or end a busy workday

  • Group Workouts: HIIT training in a group setting to diveresify your usual routine (planned)

    Everyone! Whether you're a regular runner, yoga newbie, or just looking to stay active and get to know new people along the way, our club welcomes all fitness levels.
  • How do I join?
    Simply click the JOIN US button below the next community run or yoga date on the top of the site and sign up as public user. You can also download the app to have a better user experience, connect with others and share your activities with them on the cheerin' app directly. Pssst.. this is much more fun 🤗
  • Is there a membership fee?
    Joining the cheerin' Club is completely free!
  • How often are events happening?
    We host weekly events, including our popular Monday 7K runs and upcoming yoga sessions. Keep an eye on our app for the latest schedule!
  • Can I suggest new activities for the club?
    Absolutely! We love hearing your ideas. Let us know what activities you'd like to see, and we’ll do our best to bring them to life.
  • Where do the events take place?
    Our events start at Startup House Austria, located at Stella-Klein-Löw-Weg 8, 1020 Vienna. Runs are along Prater Allee and yoga sessions are held on our beautiful lake terrace or big event room.
  • Do I need to bring anything to the events?
    Just bring your enthusiasm and any personal gear you need for your activity. We provide amenities like water, showers, and bag drop-offs!
  • How can I stay updated on upcoming events?
    Download the cheerin' app, follow us on social media @cheerin.app, or check our website to stay in the loop with all the latest events and updates 👀
  • When and where do the runs take place?
    Join us eachMonday at 6 PM, starting from Startup House Austria (Stella-Klein-Löw-Weg 8, 1020 Vienna). We'll run at Prater Allee around Lusthaus and back.
  • Do I need to be an experienced runner to join?
    Not at all! Our 7K runs are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're a regular runner or just starting out, everyone is welcome to join and enjoy. We have sub-groups for all pace levels.
  • What should I bring to the run?
    Just wear comfortable running clothes. We provide amenities like showers and changing rooms.
  • How do I sign up for a run?
    Simply click the JOIN US button on our website, sign up through our app, and you're all set to participate in our Monday runs!
  • Can I bring a friend to the run?
    Absolutely! Invite your friends and let's have a great time together.
  • What if it rains on the day of the run?
    Weather is always a factor, so we keep an eye on the forecast. If it’s not safe to run, we’ll notify everyone via our app and reschedule the event to ensure everyone’s safety.
  • When are the yoga sessions?
    Every Thursday at 8 AM, for now. Start your day with a good stretch!
  • Do I need prior yoga experience?
    No experience needed! All levels are welcome, from beginners to seasoned yogis.
  • What should I bring to a yoga session?
    Comfy clothes and a good mindset is all you need :-) You are welcome to bring your mat but we also have mats at our space.
  • How do I sign up for yoga classes?
    Click the JOIN US button, register online or through our app, and reserve your spot. Places are limited.
  • Are there any fees to join yoga sessions?
    Joining our yoga classes is completely free!
  • Can I bring a friend to yoga?
    Of course. Share the registration link with your friends or invite them through the cheerin' app.
  • How can I stay updated on yoga events?
    Download the cheerin' app, follow us on social media @cheerin.app, or check our website for the latest updates.
